Further to the interim results announcements interim results for the six months ended 30 November 2009 made by the Companies on 29 January 2010, the Companies confirm that both the interim reports and the circular to Shareholders convening the necessary Shareholder Meetings to approve an extension of the repayment date for the 2010 ZDP Shares to 30 April 2012 and related matters have been posted to Shareholders today. The Shareholder Meetings will be held on 25 March 2010.
Copies of the interim reports and the circular will be delivered to the UK Listing Authority shortly and will then be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
