results of adjourned shareholder meetings

The Companies announce that, at the separate general meetings of ADC Zeros 2010 plc and ADC Zeros 2012 plc also held earlier today (which had been adjourned from 25 March 2010 as they were inquorate), the resolutions proposed to approve an extension of the repayment date for the 2010 ZDP Shares to 30 April 2012 and related matters were passed.  Accordingly, the proposed extension to the life of the 2010 ZDP Shares is now unconditional and the 2010 ZDP Shares and the 2012 ZDP Shares will continue to rank pari passu with regard to their capital entitlements, with all ZDP Shares having a final capital entitlement (before adjustments for any further returns of capital under the Capital Return Scheme) of 64.68p per ZDP Share, or £8.54 million in aggregate. 

Copies of the resolutions passed at the separate general meetings referred to above will be delivered to the UK Listing Authority shortly and will then be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
