results of shareholder meetings
The Companies announce that, at their respective general meetings held earlier today, the resolutions proposed to approve an extension of the repayment date for the 2010 ZDP Shares to 30 April 2012 and related matters were passed. The separate general meetings of ADC Zeros 2010 plc and ADC Zeros 2012 plc also held earlier today were inquorate and, accordingly, were adjourned until 11.00 a.m. and 11.01 a.m. (or, if later, such time as the 2010 ZDP shareholder's meeting shall have concluded or been adjourned) on Tuesday, 6 April 2010. Those adjourned meetings will be held at the offices at Aberdeen Asset Management plc at 10 Queen's Terrace, Aberdeen AB10 1YG.
Copies of the resolutions passed at the general meetings of the Companies held earlier today will be delivered to the UK Listing Authority shortly and will then be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
