STATEMENT RE SUSPENSION

ADC Zeros 2010 plc and ADC Zeros 2012 plc (together the "Companies") announce that, as set out in the circular (the "Circular") to shareholders published on 19 August 2011 and the announcements made by the Companies on 5 September in respect of the adjournment of the relevant shareholder meetings, the Companies' zero dividend preference shares were suspended from listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and from trading on the London Stock Exchange at 7.30 a.m. this morning, 16 September 2011. It is expected that listing of those shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority will be cancelled no later than 8.00 a.m. on 19 September 2011.
