Sale of Retained Bonds
Affordable Housing Finance Plc announces that it has sold £9.0
million in principal amount of its Bonds.
In accordance with the provisions of the trust deed dated 30 May 2014
(as amended and supplemented) which constitutes and secures the Bonds
(the "Trust Deed") the Bonds that have been sold were Retained Bonds as
detailed in the Offering Circular dated 10 August 2015.
Following the sale, Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of
£402,000,000 remain in issue and of this amount £82,000,000 in
principal amount are Retained Bonds held by or for the account of
Affordable Housing Finance Plc.
