Sale of Retained Bonds
Affordable Housing Finance Plc announces that it has sold £49,500,000
in principal amount of its Bonds.
In accordance with the provisions of the trust deed dated 30 May 2014
(as amended and supplemented) which constitutes and secures the Bonds
(the "Trust Deed") the Bonds that have been sold were Retained Bonds as
detailed in the Offering Circulars dated 17 January 2017, 3 April
2017 and 23 October 2017.
Following the sale, Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of
£1,143,200,000 remain in issue and of this amount £0 in principal
amount are Retained Bonds held by or for the account of Affordable
Housing Finance Plc.
