Director/PDMR Shareholding - correction


Disposal of shares by a person holding managerial position in Agora - 
correction

Agora SA with its registered seat in Warsaw (Company) hereby informs that the
current report no. 47/2009 dated September 2, 2009 includes incorrect
information.

The received notification included incorrect information regarding the number
of disposed Agora's shares. In the connection to the consecutive notification
obtained on September 2, 2009 the report no. 47/2009 should have included the
following information:

The Company, hereby announces that on September 2, 2009 Agora received a
notification in conformity with art. 160 of the Act on public trading of
financial instruments ("the Act"). According to the above mentioned
notification, a person holding a managerial position in Agora's organizational
structure (not a member of the Management Board) and having access to inside
information related to issuer, informed about the disposal of 3.600 ordinary
bearer shares of Agora SA at an average price of PLN 24.25, on the basis of
price limit order, executed during Warsaw Stock Exchange trading session on
August 28, 2009.

Act on Trading in Financial Instruments ("Act") dated July 29th, 2005 imposes
on Agora, as an issuer of securities, additional disclosure obligation. To
date, Agora was disclosing information about transactions on Agora's shares
executed by the Management Board Members. Currently, Agora shall publicly
announce information about such transactions performed, according to art 160.1
of the Act, by: "persons: 1) who are members of the issuer's management and
supervisory bodies or who are issuer's proxies, 2) other persons who hold
management post in the organizational structure of the issuer, have permanent
access to inside information related, whether directly or indirectly, to the
issuer, and are authorized to make decisions concerning the issuer's
