2024 Interim Results Announcement

Dividend declaration

Ordinary shares of 32 17/19 pence

Aviva plc (the Company) announces an interim dividend of 11.9 pence per share for the financial year ending on 31 December 2024 on the Company's Ordinary Shares. The interim dividend will be paid on 17 October 2024 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 6 September 2024. Holders of Aviva American Depository Receipts (ADRs) will be paid the dividend approximately four business days after the payment to Ordinary shareholders. The last election date for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 26 September 2024. The dividend is conditional upon the Directors not having determined (at their discretion) to cancel the dividend at any point prior to its payment.

8 3/8 % Cumulative Irredeemable Preference Shares of £1

The Company further announces a dividend of 4.1875 pence per share for the six-month period ending on 30 September 2024 on the Company's 8 3/8 % Preference Shares. The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2024 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 6 September 2024.
