The Company was notified on 28^th January 2014, on that day, Mr M A Bruce-Smith transferred 184,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") into his name.  The shares were transferred from as follows:

EPS 114,000

WB Nominees 70,000

which Mr Bruce-Smith had a beneficial interest in.

Following this transfer Mr M A Bruce-Smith has 184,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.6% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
