Change of name to Cel AI PLC

Cel AI PLC (LSE: CLAI), a company specializing in developing next-generation skincare and wellness products, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement dated 11 January 2024, its change of name to Cel AI PLC has now been registered at Companies House and will take effect on the London Stock Exchange Main Market from, 13 February 2024, at 8.00 a.m.

The Company's ticker symbol, under which its shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange Main Market, will be changed to "CLAI". The Company confirms that there is no change to the Company's ISIN (GB00BK964W87).

Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name, and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.

In addition, the Company's website address has changed to www.getcel.ai.

The Company's subsidiary, King Tide Carbon, is unaffected by the above changes.
