DIRECTOR'S INTEREST IN SHARES

Diploma PLC has been notified that on 24 March 2014, Mr I Henderson, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, disposed of 12,000 Ordinary Shares at 692 pence per share and has acquired, through a personal savings vehicle, 12,000 Ordinary Shares at 692 pence per share.  His beneficial interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged at 559,727 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
