Notice of Annual General Meeting

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX and AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY and EMHLF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") advises that it has today published the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice") which will be held at the Ground Floor, 41 Colin Street, West Perth, Western Australia on Friday, 29 May 2026 at 4.00pm (AWST) (9.00am BST) ("Meeting").
