On 31 March 2009 Midas Income and Growth Trust PLC bought back 100,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 80.00 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 38,551,950 Ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
