Delisting

Purplebricks confirms that, further to the Result of General Meeting announcement on 2 June 2023, admission of the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM will be cancelled at 7:00 a.m. on 16 June 2023 (the "Cancellation").

The Company intends to establish a new website post-Cancellation for further information and shareholder communications regarding the Company's proposed members' voluntary liquidation.  This will be available at www.bricksnewco.co.uk in due course.
