CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS

In accordance with the Listing Rule requirement to give notice of new directorships held by current directors (LR 9.6.14 (2)), Spirax‑Sarco Engineering plc announces that Peter France, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as the Group Chief Executive Officer of TT Electronics plc a company listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: TTG) with effect from 2 October 2023.

The Board is satisfied that Peter's appointment with TT Electronics plc complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018 and proxy advisor guidelines.
