                        Re:      Appointment of Director



The Board of Directors of the Company (the 'Board') wishes to announce that with
effect from 29 June 2007, Ms Eimear Cowhey and Mr John Donohoe (the 'Directors')
have been appointed as directors of the Company (the 'Directors').

Ms Cowhey has over 15 years' experience in the offshore funds industry and
currently acts as an independent director and consultant to a number of Irish
companies and investment funds. From 1999 to 2006 she held various executive
positions within The Pioneer Group, including Head of Legal and Compliance and
Head of Product Development. From 1992 to 1999 she was Global Fund Director and
Head Legal Counsel of INVESCO Asset Management. She qualified in 1990 as an
Irish solicitor with the Irish law firm William Fry and she holds a Bachelor of
Civil Law received from University College Dublin in 1986. She also holds a C.
Dip. A F (Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance) which was received from
the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in 1989. She is a former
Council member and past Chairman of IFIA (formerly DFIA, the Irish funds
industry association).

Mr Donohoe is CEO and Principal of Carne Global Financial Services Limited a
leading business advisor to global asset managers.   He has nearly twenty years
experience in the financial services industry holding senior positions with
Deutsche Bank, State Street and KPMG.   Mr. Donohoe was a Managing Director of
Deutsche Bank.  He has served as an executive/non-executive director on various
Deutsche Bank boards, including Deutsche International (Ireland) Limited and
subsidiaries, Morgan Grenfell & Co Limited (Deutsche's UK investment bank),
Deutsche Trustees (UK) Limited and The WM Company Limited.  Mr. Donohoe spent 12
years with Deutsche Bank, where he rose to become CEO, Europe, Asia and
Offshore, Deutsche Global Fund Services (GFS), responsible for meeting the
security services needs of mutual and hedge fund clients, which included
administration, custody, trustee, compliance, transfer agency and related
services. Prior to this, he was CEO, Deutsche Bank Offshore Fund Services and
Global Head of Product Management, GFS. He had previously been Managing
Director, Deutsche International (Ireland) Limited and COO, Offshore Funds
Services.



Prior to establishing Carne, Mr. Donohoe was a Senior Vice-President of State
Street Corp, following the acquisition of Deutsche Bank's Global Securities
Services business.  Mr. Donohoe qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in
Dublin.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a
First Class Honours Degree in Accounting & Finance from Dublin City University.



The Directors have no unspent convictions, have never been declared bankrupt,
nor have they been the subject of an individual voluntary arrangement or a
receivership of any assets held by them.  The Directors were not a director with
an executive function of any company at the time of or within the 12 months
preceding its bankruptcy, receivership administration, liquidation
administration, company voluntary arrangement or composition or arrangement with
its creditors generally.  There have been no public criticisms of the Directors
by any statutory or regulatory authority nor have the Directors ever been
disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from acting in
the management or conduct of the affairs of any company.  The Directors have not
been a partner of any partnership at the time or within 12 months preceding its
compulsory liquidation, administration or partnership voluntary arrangement.
The Directors have not had a receiver appointed over any of their assets or of
any of the assets of a partnership of which they were a partner within 12 months
after they ceased to be a partner of that partnership.



A memorandum detailing the names of all companies and partnerships of which the
Directors have been a director or partner in the past five years, together with
an indication of whether or not they are still a director or partner, is

The Board of Directors of the Company (the 'Board') wishes to announce that with
effect from 29 June 2007, Mr. Thomas O'Connor (the 'Director') has been
appointed as a director of of the Company.



Mr O'Connor joined Barclays Global Investors Ltd in July 2005 and is Head of
Legal and Product Governance for Europe and Asia ex Japan. After reading law at
Nottingham University and Nottingham law School, he began his career as an
offshore trusts and tax lawyer in Jersey, advising wealthy families and
entertainers. He subsequently joined Allen & Overy, where he worked for three
years before moving in-house. Among other things, Tom worked for a small hedge
fund consultancy. Most recently he was Head of Legal at Threadneedle
Investments, a fund manager based in London and owned by American Express. His
background includes private equity and property investment management, as well
as more mainstream retail and institutional work.
