BGI Sterling Liquidity Plus Fund, BGI US Dollar Liquidity Plus Fund, BGI Euro Liquidity Plus Fund (together the 'Sub-funds')
Re: Delisting of the Shares of the Sub-Funds
The Board of Directors (the 'Board') of the Company wishes to announce that it has applied to the Irish Stock Exchange (the 'Exchange') to delist the Institutional Shares (the 'Shares') of the Sub-funds from the Official List and from trading on the Main Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
The Exchange has agreed that the Shares be delisted with immediate effect.
