BOARD CHANGES

Blancco Technology Group plc announces the following changes to its Board of directors, which take effect today.

Having previously indicated his intention to do so and following the changes to the Board detailed below, Matthew Peacock has resigned as a director and Chairman of the Board.  After a thorough process (led by the Senior Independent Director, Frank Blin) Rob Woodward, who has been on the Board since 2013, has been appointed to the role of Chairman.  Rob has a wealth of experience in the Telecoms Media and Technology (TMT) sector.  He is currently Chief Executive of STV Group plc and was previously Commercial Director of Channel 4 Television Corporation.  Aside from his executive and non-executive experience in the sector Rob has substantial corporate finance expertise, having previously been Managing Director and co-head of European Technology at UBS Warburg.  Earlier in his career he was Managing Partner of Deloitte's European TMT business and UK strategy consulting practice.   Rob is also Chair of City, University of London.

Philip Rogerson has been appointed as a non-executive director.  He will take on the role of Senior Independent Director from Frank who will continue as chair of the Audit Committee.  Philip will chair the Remuneration Committee and will also join the Audit Committee and Nominations Committee.   Philip is chairman of De La Rue plc and Bunzl plc.  He also chairs the Advisory Board of the North and East London Commissioning Support Unit (NELCSU) of the NHS.  Philip was formerly chairman of Aggreko plc and Carillion plc. He was an executive director of BG plc (formerly British Gas plc) latterly as deputy chairman.

Keith Butcher has resigned from the Board and the Company with immediate effect. We would like to thank him for his contribution.  Simon Herrick has been appointed as interim CFO for a minimum six month period and a process to appoint Keith's permanent successor is underway.  Simon has previously served as a director and CFO of PA Consulting Limited, Kesa Electricals PLC, Northern Foods PLC and Debenhams plc.  He is currently a non-executive director of Ramsdens Holdings plc.

Commenting, Rob Woodward said:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Matthew for his contribution to Blancco and the former Regenersis group over the past six years.  Under his leadership the group has been transformed. Matthew has been a catalyst for many of the important strategic, business and management changes which have occurred during his term in office.   We wish Matthew all the best for the future.

I am delighted to be taking on the role of Chairman and I very much look forward to working with my Board colleagues and all the team at Blancco at this exciting stage in its development.

I am also very pleased to welcome both Philip and Simon to the Board and we anticipate that the business will benefit greatly from their involvement in its continuing growth."

Pat Clawson said:

"I, and the rest of the Board, are extremely pleased that Rob has agreed to take on the role of Chairman.  Blancco continues to grow and expand globally and Rob's experience in the TMT sector will be invaluable as we progress towards our growth objectives.  I also look forward to working with Simon."
