The Company was notified on 9 May 2012 that on 8 May 2012 Equiniti, the independent trustee ("Trustee") of the Company's HMRC Approved Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), in accordance with the SIP's rules and on behalf of all SIP participants, reinvested the dividend and acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 160.26 pence each.
