The Company was notified on 7 July 2014 that on 4 July 2014 Equiniti, the independent trustee ("Trustee") of the Company's HMRC Approved Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), in accordance with the SIP's rules and on behalf of all SIP participants, reinvested a dividend payment and acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 318.8 pence each.
