RNS Number : 0504T
Cassa Centrale Finance 3 S.R.L.
15 March 2019

Roma, 8th March 2019

                                                                                  To whom it may concern

Subject.: Termination of publication of the Euribor rate according to the convention "Act / 365 days"

Cassa Centrale Finance 3 S.r.l. an Italian Company issuer of Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes listed on the Irish Stock Exchange with ISIN code: IT0004561632, hereby informs that the EMMI (European Money Markets Institute), Administrator of interest rates "Euribor", with effect from first April 2019 no longer publish on its website these rates, calculated according to the "Act / 365 days" convention.

Given the above, we inform you that from next first April 2019 the benchmark for the securitisation transaction Cassa Centrale Finance 3 can no longer be detected by public sources (e.g. national financial newspapers), but will be calculated directly by the Paying Agent of Cassa Centrale Finance3 srl starting from the Euribor on the basis of Act / 360 days, applying the following mathematical operation:

Euribor Act/365 days = Euribor Act/360 days x (365/360)

We underline that this mathematical operation is the same one used by EMMI so far for the determination and subsequent recognition of the Euribor on an Act / 365 days basis; consequently, the application of this formula will not determine any changes to the interest rates indexed to the Euribor applied.

We are available for any need for information regarding this communication.

Yours faithfully.

     Cassa Centrale Finance 3 Srl
