                £1.06m contract complete and CMMI certification

China Eastsea Business Software Limited ('China Eastsea'), which provides
information technology and business process outsourcing services, announces that
it has completed a software implementation project for Zhejiang Telecom worth
RMB15m (c. £1.06m). These revenues will contribute to the full year to 29
February 2008.

As part of the project seven sets of Eastsea Full Text Search System and one set
of Eastsea Intelligent Global Information Detection Software were sold to
Zhejiang Telecom.

China Eastsea also announces that Beijing Huashen Huizheng ('BHH'), acquired by
China Eastsea in July '06, has got the certification of the Capability Maturity
Model Integration ('CMMI') for System Engineering Software Maturity Level 3.
CMMI is a business process improvement best practice and was certificated to BHH
following a detailed appraisal at the end of last year.

Companies with CMMI Maturity Level 3 will have business processes in line with
the international standard thus improving the performance of the business and
bringing about benefits in the areas of productivity, quality, on-time delivery,
customer satisfaction and cost reduction.

(2006: £4.36m) and pre-tax profits of £2.23m (2006: £1.28m). Basic earnings per
share rose from 1.82p for the year ended February '06 to 3.35p.
