NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Dori Media Group (“DMG” or “the Company”), the international media company active in the field of television and New Media, with a focus on production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Drama and Telenovela, announces that an Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders (the "Annual General Meeting") of Dori Media Group will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 09:30 AM (Israel time), at the registered offices of the Company, located at 2 Raul Wallenberg Street, Tel-Aviv, Israel.
