DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS
Dori Media Group (“DMG” or “the Company”), the international media
company active in the field of television, with a focus on production,
distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, would like
to disclose the following share dealings by directors.
Mr. Nadav Palti, CEO & President of the Company, acquired 1,200 ordinary
shares of 0.1NIS each (“Ordinary Shares”) on 7 September 2009 for a
price of 63p per share. This current dealing takes Mr. Nadav Palti’s
direct and indirect holding in DMG to 1,200 Ordinary Shares.
As a result of his interest in Mapal Communications Ltd, a company which
also holds shares in DMG, Mr. Nadav Palti, now has an indirect interest
of 2,082,335 Ordinary Shares or 7.6% of DMG’s issued share capital
respectively.
