DORI MEDIA GROUP ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT
OF YAIR DORI AS NON-EXECUTIVE VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD AND
CONSULTANT
Tel-Aviv, Israel – April 9, 2010 – Dori Media Group (“DMG” or “the
Company”), the international media company active in the field of
television and New Media, with a focus on production, distribution,
broadcasting and merchandising of Drama and Telenovela, announces that
following the expiry of his consulting agreement with DMG in April 2010,
Mr. Yair Dori has retired from his position as non-Executive Vice
Chairman of the Board of Directors. This follows Mr. Dori’s retirement
as a full-time executive in April 2008.
Over the past two years, since his retirement as an executive, Mr. Dori,
a committed shareholder and founder of Dori Media Group, continued to
advise the Company as a non-executive Vice Chairman on DMG’s Board.
Mr. Nadav Palti, CEO & President of DMG, commented: “Mr. Yair
Dori was a true ambassador for Argentinean culture in Israel and for
Telenovela. We wish him all the very best in his retirement.”
