Dori Media Group (“DMG” or “the Company”), the international media company active in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, has been informed by Mr. Pini Ginsburg that, following a purchase of shares on Friday 8 January 2010, his direct and indirect holdings in DMG totals 937,355 shares, representing approximately 3.42% of the issued share capital of the Company.
