SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION
Tel-Aviv, Israel – 11 August 2010 – Dori Media Group ("Dori Media" or
"DMG"), the international media company active in the field of
television, with a focus on production, distribution, broadcasting and
merchandising of Telenovela, has today been notified that Catalyst
Private Equity Partners (Israel) II LP now holds 4,566,655 ordinary
shares, representing 16.67% of the issued shares and capital of Dori
Media.
