the “Company” or the “Group”), the international media company active in
the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution,
broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela and Drama, announces that
prior to the proposed delisting of DMG, the directors confirm that the
Company’s current trading is satisfactory. Turnover and earnings before
interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation (“EBITDA”) is in line
with market expectation for the year to 31 December 2011. The Company’s
policy of amortising the value of its library may lead to profit before
tax being weaker than expected. Shareholders should note that if the
Company’s proposed delisting becomes effective the Company will no
longer be under an obligation to provide further trading updates and
does not currently intend to do so.
