Investment in Chinese Education Limited

EnterpriseAsia plc ('EPA') is pleased to announce today an investment in Chinese
Education Holding Co. Limited ('CE'), a Hong Kong based company. EPA will
invest a sum of HK$810,000 (approximately £57,000) for a 90% stake in CE. The
purpose of the consideration is to fund CE's development plan which is primarily
aimed at Mainland China.

CE has a number of years of experience in educational business in Hong Kong and
the company's two main activities are the provision of summer camps and overseas
school placements. The company had a turnover of more than HK$4 million
(approximately £282,000) in 2002 although business was virtually suspended in
2003 because of the outbreak of SARS. The involvement of EPA will not only
assist CE to resume its business in Hong Kong, but also to develop opportunities
in the Mainland market which the EPA directors believe has enormous potential.

Summer Camps

Summer camps are very popular with Hong Kong children and parents alike. CE has
considerable experience in promoting and operating these camps for a range of
clients including prestigious organizations like the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
Now, for the first time, CE is offering summer camps in Mainland China which are
specially designed to meet the increasing demand from the emerging middle
classes.

Overseas School Placement

Chinese parents are also becoming more aware of the advantages of an
international education and are sending their children abroad (often at a very
young age) in increasing numbers. EPA foresees strong prospects in this market
sector and CE plans to offer the school placement service in Mainland China this
year.
