18 September 2000

           enterpriseAisa.com plc ('enterpriseAsia')

The Directors ('Directors') of enterpriseAsia are pleased to
announce its investment in Net Fun Limited ('Net Fun'), a Hong
Kong based company providing interactive entertainment and
education services through the internet.

Net Fun has been one of the market leaders among Greater
China's game providers. Its strength lies in its ability to
create content that is fine-tuned to the local language and
culture, in contrast to its western counterparts, based on a
highly scalable architecture that enables it to capture the
potential provided by the huge market size available in the
region. The vision of Net Fun's management team is to build a
virtual community for the Chinese population.

enterpriseAsia has today invested HK$13,304,000 (approximately
GBP1,209,000) into Net Fun, acquiring 8% of its share capital.
An existing shareholder of Net Fun has also acquired new
shares in Net Fun at the same valuation.

A major shareholder of Net Fun is a subsidiary of Cheung Kong
(Holdings) Limited ('Cheung Kong'), a conglomerate with
diversified interests in property, telecommunications, port
operations, retail and internet-related businesses. The
Chairman of Cheung Kong is Sir K S Li.

With Cheung Kong's extensive experience in marketing and
distribution as well as its wide reaching customer network,
the Directors believe that considerable synergy and support
can be generated from such a partnership, which is expected to
effectively enhance Net Fun's success.

Other shareholders of Net Fun are associated with Excel
Technology International Holdings Limited ('Excel') which is a
leading e-solutions provider in the banking and finance sector
in Asia. Excel contributes its internet technology expertise
and infrastructure to Net Fun as both a shareholder and
technology partner. Excel has been listed on the Growth
Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since June
2000. It is a highly recognised group in the Asian
information technology sector, and is expected to complement
the technological advancement that takes place in Net Fun as
its business grows.
