  Announcement of investment in Unified Financial Omnibus

The   directors  (the  'Directors')  of  enterpriseAsia  are
pleased  to  announce  the  group's  investment  in  Unified
Financial  Omnibus ('UF Omnibus'), which  will  develop  and
provide  a  comprehensive software system  to  assist  stock
brokers, fund management houses and custodian banks  in  the
trading  and  custodianship of equity  securities,  futures,
options and OTC products.

enterpriseAsia  is  investing HK$14  million  (approximately
£1.27  million) for 50% of UF Omnibus, which will be managed
by  a  team  of  information technology  professionals  with
extensive  experience in the development  and  marketing  of
online  stock trading and financial systems.  Systems  built
by  this team are currently occupying a significant share of
the Hong Kong stock broking business.  Since UF Omnibus will
develop systems that are highly scalable in terms of trading
volume, currencies, varieties of securities and geographical
location  of markets, it is planned that the operations  can
expand  speedily into other Asian countries outside of  Hong
Kong.

UF  Omnibus  plans to market three distinctive  but  closely
integrated  system  components  targeted  towards  different
sectors  of  financial institutions : a back office  trading
system  for brokers, a portfolio and fund management  system
for  small  to  medium size fund managers, and  a  custodian
service  system  for international custodian  banks  with  a
strong  presence  in  Asia.   The  Directors  believe   that
considerable synergy can be created between UF  Omnibus  and
Winshare Technology Limited, a company specializing  in  the
business  of front office on-line trading systems, in  which
enterpriseAsia has taken a 50% shareholding interest.

This  is enterpriseAsia's sixth investment since the company
floated  on  AIM  in February 2000.  Its current  investment
portfolio  covers  sectors including internet-enabling  chip
products,  e-commerce solutions, on-line securities  trading
systems and a web-site for insurance agents.
