Fidelity Systems PLC

Withdrawal from Plus Market

At a meeting of the Directors of Fidelity Systems plc (the "Company")
it was decided to announce the intention of the Company to
withdraw from the PLUS Market on Friday 30th December 2011.

Taking into account the poor level of liquidity and the resources required
to maintain the listing, any benefits of the Plus listing are outweighed
by the ever increasing costs involved.

best interests of the company for it's shares to be quoted on the Plus market

The directors will still keep shareholders informed of progress within the
business and it shall continue to make announcements through its website,

No alternative arrangements for dealing in the company's shares are proposed by
the directors, although shareholders will be contacted with details of other
options at the appropriate time.

Under PLUS market rules, the company is required to give shareholders a period
of 10 business days to object to the intended withdrawal of its securities from
the Plus Markets facility. Any shareholders wishing to raise an objection
should contact Plus in confidence by 29th December 2011
