FishWorks plc

Directorate Change

FishWorks plc
29 March 2006

Date: 29 March 2006

FishWorks plc ('FishWorks' or 'the Company')

Directorate Changes

The Board of FishWorks plc, the local restaurant group listed on AIM (Symbol:
FSH), is pleased to announce that it has made further changes to its Board,
following the appointment of Ratnesh Bagdai to the position of Finance
Director, announced on 9th February 2006. The changes reflect the growth in the
Group, which now has ten different sites (with more being added), a fish
distribution operation, and a fish home delivery service. The changes are with
immediate effect.

Mitch Tonks will adopt the role of Chief Executive (formerly Executive Director)
and will be tasked with driving the daily operations and implementing the
Group's strategy for profitable growth. This will enable Roy Morris (formerly
Chief Executive) to focus on developing this strategy and ensuring the Group's
development momentum is maintained. He will adopt the role of Executive
Chairman.

Tony Fisher will step down as Non-Executive Chairman but will remain on the
Board as senior Non-Executive Director, having successfully led the Group from
Ofex to AIM in June 2005. The Board greatly values Tony's contribution and his
experience of running and leading a variety of companies, both in the public and
private arena. Tony will continue to head the Audit, Remuneration and
Nominations Committees. FishWorks is similarly well served by its other
non-executive Director, Nicholas Stanley who has a wide experience in the wine
and restaurant trade, particularly from his many years with Corney and Barrow.

The Board will review its structure on an ongoing basis and make additions as is
appropriate with the Group's growth.

Commenting on the restructuring of the Board, Roy Morris, new Executive Chairman
of FishWorks plc, said:

'I am looking forward to maintaining my daily involvement in my new role of
Executive Chairman. Mitch, Ratnesh and I will continue to work together as the
executive team in growing and developing the overall FishWorks business. We see
these changes as a natural evolution in the FishWorks' story.'

FishWorks will be announcing its interim financial results for the six month
period to 31st January 2006 on 10th April 2006.
