Forever Broadcasting Acquires 107.7 The Wolf in Wolverhampton

Forever Broadcasting plc ('Forever' or 'the Company'), the Newcastle-based
independent radio and new media group, is pleased to announce that it has
acquired the entire issued share capital of Wolverhampton Area Radio Ltd ('
WAR'), which owns and operates the analogue radio broadcast licence for
Wolverhampton under the name of 107.7 The Wolf, serving a population of
432,000 adults.

The consideration payable under the acquisition agreement is £5.055 million
which will be satisfied as to £4.055 million payable in cash and the balance
by the issue 467,290 new ordinary shares in the Company. In addition, under
the terms of the of the acquisition agreement, Forever will assume net
liabilities of £45,369. In the year to 31 March 2000, being the latest date
for which WAR has prepared audited financial statements, WAR recorder a
turnover of £393,977, a loss on ordinary activities after taxation of £68,241,
and at that time had net liabilities of £200,044.

In the RAJAR survey for the fourth quarter 2000, The Wolf had 63,000 listeners
listening for 8.3 hours each, giving total listening of 523,000 hours per
week. The Directors of Forever are confident that they will be able to build
on this performance, and generate additional advertising revenues.

Forever Broadcasting was established in September 1999 and currently owns
three radio stations: Juice 107.6FM in Liverpool which was acquired in
November 1999 serving a population of 1.2m adults; Tower FM, broadcasting to
Bolton and Bury which was acquired on 30th June 2000, serving 311,000 adults;
and Surf 107.2 in Brighton and Hove which was acquired in December 2000,
serving 311,000 adults. Surf 107.2 is currently being rebranded under
Forever's Juice name and format.

Commenting on the announcement John Josephs, Chairman of Forever Broadcasting,
said:

'Wolf is one of the largest independently-owned stations in the commercial
radio industry and we are delighted that it is now part of the Forever group.
Wolf, much like Surf 107.2 which was acquired in December, is a relatively new
station with considerable potential which we believe we can unlock. The Wolf
brand is already strong and is popular with the people of Wolverhampton, and
we aim to back it fully with Forever's additional skills and resources.'

Mark Kersen, the first Chairman and one of the founders of 107.7 The Wolf said
today:

'Forever Broadcasting is one of the fastest growing players on the UK radio
scene. I regard their decision to buy The Wolf as an enormous tribute to the
team who each day turn out one of the highest quality radio products in the
West Midlands.

'The Wolf has been in existence for only three and a half years and has
already attracted a significant share of the city's listeners. A wide variety
of businesses recognise that advertising on the station makes economic and
effective communication sense.

ADVANCE /d4ADVANCE /d4'Forever Broadcasting's arrival in Wolverhampton
provides an opportunity for a great step forward for The Wolf'.
