Forever Broadcast

AGM Statement

Forever Broadcasting PLC
31 January 2001

At the Annual General meeting held at 12 noon today the Chairman, John Josephs

The development activity of the group continues unabated. We have submitted
two further applications for regional digital multiplex licences in the North
West and West Midlands in joint ventures with Scottish Radio Holdings plc and
Saga Radio, and we have completed our application for the analogue regional
licence for South and West Yorkshire which will be submitted to the Radio
Authority early next week.

We are making pleasing progress with our new station in Brighton and Hove
which was acquired in December. We have started its rebranding as Juice and
have already strengthened the management team and presenter lineup.

We continue to develop and train our sales forces. In all three locations,
Liverpool, Bolton and Brighton, our stations are relatively young and historic
revenues have been low. We believe we are making substantial progress, and
that our ability to grow revenue in these markets as our audiences build will
not be unduly affected by macro-economic conditions.

The audience survey (RAJAR) results for the final quarter of last year will be
published tomorrow 1st February 2001.

In line with our stated strategy, we continue to search for appropriate
acquisition opportunities, and we look forward to a busy year ahead.
