Forever Broadcast

AGM Statement

Forever Broadcasting PLC
31 January 2003

Forever Broadcasting plc ('Forever' or the 'Company')

At the Annual General Meeting to be held at 12:00 noon today the Chairman, John
Josephs will say:

'Trading for the first quarter to 31 December 2002 has been encouraging with
steady growth in revenues despite the difficult market conditions. The RAJAR
results released yesterday which outline some 9% quarter on quarter and 30% year
on year growth in audience numbers across our stations, underpin this strong
trading performance.

It was announced on 13 November 2002 that the Board had decided to commence
discussions with potential investors. The Board wishes to update shareholders
that the Company is currently in discussions with a number of parties regarding
the possibility of an offer for the Company as a whole or its constituent parts.
Whilst these discussions are ongoing, there cannot be any guarantee that they
will result in an offer capable of recommendation by the Board for all or part
of the Company. The Board anticipates that these discussions will reach a
conclusion shortly. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.'
