Board Changes
Forever Broadcasting plc ('Forever' or 'the Company'), the Newcastle-based
independent radio group, today announces the following Board changes: -
Maurice Dobson Group Sales Director, retired from Forever Broadcasting plc and
resigned from the board of the Company ('the Board') on 30 June 2002. The Board
would like to thank Maurice for his contribution to the establishment and the
development of Forever Broadcasting.
Harry Dunne succeeds Maurice as Group Sales Director with immediate effect, and
is appointed to the Board.
Biographical Notes: -
Harry Dunne 56, has worked in media sales for almost 25 years, and in the radio
industry since 1982. He was previously employed by Forever Broadcasting plc as
Managing Director of Tower FM in Bolton, and prior to joining Forever
Broadcasting was Group Commercial Director of Border Radio Holdings Ltd from
September 1998 until June 2000. Prior to working for Border Radio Holdings,
Harry worked for Metro Radio Group plc as Sales Director of its Yorkshire
stations, and then from September 1995 as Managing Director of EMAP Radio
Yorkshire and then managing Director of EMAP Radio North East.
The following disclosures are made in accordance with the AIM rules as follows:

ii) The names of all companies and partnerships of which the Director /
Proposed Director has been a Director or Partner of at any time within the
previous 5 years
