Update on Suspension
FT8 confirms that further to the announcement of 1 June 2016, there has been an additional delay in the publication of its audited results for the period ended 31 December 2015.
The Company intends to notify its annual results on or about 31 July 2016, and a further update will be provided at that time.
The Company’s shares remain suspended from trading on ISDX as a consequence.
