Rule 2.10 Announcement
In accordance with Rule 2.10 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company announces that as at 05th March 2014, the issued share capital of the Company comprised 109,457,096 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with ISIN Number GB00B05L5X50. All of these shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. Fusion IP also has 3,675,000 warrants in issue which carry no voting rights and which are not admitted to trading or listing on any market.
The Company does not currently hold any shares in treasury.
The above figure (109,457,096) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
