HOUSTON, July 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI) announced today that Jay A. Nutt has been appointed Vice President.  He assumed his current responsibilities as Controller in August 2008.

Jay has been with FMC since 1987.  During his 22-year career, he has held a number of financial positions of increasing responsibility. In 2001, he was named Division Controller of Energy Production Systems and advanced to Controller of Energy Systems in 2007.


He is a 1985 graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, and a 1991 graduate of Loyola University where he was awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
