                          APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR                          

Hyper Entertainment today announces the appointment of Matt Rothman to the
Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

From 2000 to 2002, Matt Rothman was the CEO of SOFTBANK Emerging Markets, a
$200 million fund established by SOFTBANK Corp. and the International Finance
Corp. He launched and operated offices in Kuala Lumpur, Istanbul, Warsaw,
Johannesburg and San Francisco. Prior to joining SOFTBANK, Matt was a strategic
consultant to a number of venture-backed start-ups focusing on capital
formation, business development and alliances. Currently Matt is the Managing
Partner of Hemisphere Capital and is on the advisory board of Ultizen Games
Ltd.

Matt Rothman has held the following directorships during the past five years:
