Hyve Group plc announces that it was notified on 24 September 2020 that its Chief Operating Officer (and w.e.f. 1 October 2020 also its Chief Financial Officer), John Gulliver, had purchased a total of 39,230 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company via his ISA. Following this purchase, Mr Gulliver holds a total of 59,735 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.0225% of the Company's issued share capital.
