On 31 March 2025, Nichole Stella, CEO, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26.0 pence. Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Nichole Stella's beneficial holding is 1,711,065 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
