PDMR dealings

Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.36 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, and upon issue of the Subscription Shares as announced on 24 March 2025 (see RNS number 7659B), Mr Bernstein's shareholding stands at 23,640,880 Ordinary Shares, which represents 19.71% of Insig AI's total voting rights.
