Delay in publication of accounts and temporary suspension of trading on AIM

The Directors of UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) announce that due to additional time being required by its auditors, appointed earlier this year, its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024 ("ARA") will not be published by 31 March 2025, being the deadline for publication under Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies. Trading will, therefore, be temporarily suspended from 7:30 am on 1^st April 2025 until such time as the ARA is published, which will be as soon as possible.

Notwithstanding the temporary suspension of trading in the Company's ordinary shares, the Company will continue to make announcements as and when required in accordance with its obligations under the AIM Rules.
