Fourth interim ordinary dividend
A fourth interim ordinary dividend of 2.00p per ordinary share for the year ending 28th February, 2018 has been declared today by the Directors, payable on 23rd February, 2018 to holders of ordinary shares and units on the register at the close of business on 26th January, 2018, having an ex-dividend date of 25th January, 2018.
The fourth interim ordinary dividend, when added to the previous three interim ordinary dividends of 2.00p per ordinary share, gives a total ordinary dividend in respect of the year ending 28th February, 2018 of 8.00p per ordinary share (2017: 7.40p ordinary per ordinary share).
Further details concerning the Board's proposal in relation to the termination of the Company on 28th February 2018 will be announced shortly.
