AGM Statement

Kalamazoo Computer Group PLC
31 October 2001

For Immediate Release 31 October 2001

                         KALAMAZOO COMPUTER GROUP PLC

AGM Statement

Robert Jordan, Chairman of Kalamazoo, made the following statement at the
Company's AGM today:

'During the year a new appointment was made to the Board: unfortunately the
new Director, Daniel T Knowles, cannot be with us today owing to prior
commitments in the USA. Daniel was nominated by the Reynolds and Reynolds
Company to represent its shareholding in our Company, and has also become a
member of the remuneration committee of the Board. A resolution to ratify his
Board appointment will be proposed during this meeting.

Malcolm Roberts, our Chief Executive since 1998, resigned from the Company on
11 September 2001. Malcolm's contribution to the development of the Group in
a time of significant turbulence in the automotive dealer sector, which is the
primary marketplace for our software products, was significant.

Fred Wright, previously our Sales and Operations Director, took up the new
position of Chief Operating Officer. Fred has been with Kalamazoo for some
time, having been appointed to the Board three and a half years ago. He has a
wealth of experience in software businesses, including Wang, MIPS, IBM and
Unisys.

Michael Keating, who has been a non-executive Director since 1990, is retiring
from the Board today. I should like to thank Michael for his wise counsel
during the period of his directorship. We hope to be in a position to
announce the appointment of a new non-executive director shortly.

I do not intend to expand upon the results for last year. The Report and
Accounts were circulated in September. They explain in full detail the
financial performance in 2000/2001 and the actions that we took during that
year and those that we are taking in this current year.

Turning to current financial trading as we are now in a closed period, ahead
of the announcement of the half year results, I am unable to expand on what I
said in the Report and Accounts on prospects, which was that 'The first half
of the current financial year will undoubtedly be challenging, as market
conditions remain tough'. Trading conditions continue to be challenging, not
helped by the huge amount of uncertainty surrounding the market in general.'
