ANNOUNCEMENT OF FIRST US PRICENET CONTRACT

Knowledge Support Systems Group PLC ('KSS'), a leading provider of price
management and optimisation systems, is pleased to announce that Sunoco Inc has
agreed to a first phase licence of the PriceNet application, for the effective
management of gasoline pricing.
