Kuju, a leading developer of interactive games software for the PC, video game
console and emerging mobile telephone games markets, today announces the

Warhammer 40,000

Kuju has signed a contract with THQ Inc. (NASDAQ NMS: THQI)), one of the largest
US interactive entertainment software publishers, to develop the first ever
fully licensed Warhammer 40,000 game for the PlayStation2 console platform.

Kuju was one of over 30 developers who competed for what is regarded in the
games industry as a prestigious license with a substantial customer following.
THQ, one of the largest independent electronic games publishers in the world,
holds an exclusive licence with Games Workshop, owner of Warhammer 40,000 which
is the largest and the most successful tabletop fantasy and futuristic
battle-games company in the world. The project allows Kuju's development team
access to all the characters and races that make up the popular tabletop science
fiction wargame. In addition the creators and designers from Games Workshop are
giving considerable input to the game in order to maximise the potential of the
computer game which is due to be launched in 2003.

Kuju has successfully developed Fireblade, a fast-paced helicopter action
game. The game has been developed for the Playstation 2 console platform and
will be published by Midway Home Entertainment, Inc., a large US games
publisher. Fireblade has been successfully tested by Sony Computer Entertainment
America and received approval for publication in the USA and Europe.

Mobile telephone contracts

Kuju has successfully developed, on behalf of Digital Bridges, EA SPORTS(TM)
2002 FIFA World Cup (TM) titles which are now available in the UK via Orange.
The games will be available in both Short Messaging Service (SMS) and Wireless
Application Protocol (WAP) versions, as well as a colour WAP version designed to
take advantage of new colour-screen handsets. Kuju has also successfully
completed Txtwar, a multi-player SMS game, for Digital Bridges. This title is
now available in the UK through MMO2. The games will be distributed through
Digital Bridges' UNITY platform, which span multiple territories due to the
platform's ability to offer optimized content to all users, regardless of their
location, regional infrastructure, handset or local language. Kuju will derive a
proportion of the airtime revenue for the WAP games and a proportion of the
operator's SMS revenue for the SMS games.

Commenting on the developments since Kuju's flotation on AIM in May 2002,
Jonathan Newth, Managing Director, said:

"The momentum at Kuju continues to gather pace with considerable progress
evidenced in all parts of our business. We are delighted that we have been
awarded one of the most prestigious contracts from the Games Workshop Warhammer
license, and pleased that Fireblade will be rolling off the production line
within budget. We are also extremely encouraged by our progress in the mobile
games arena and look forward to furthering our market leadership in this field
over the coming months".
