CHANGE OF DIRECTORS
The Directors of Mandarin Mining Plc ("the Company") are pleased to announce a change to the directorships.
The Company announces the appointment of Nazim Khan as non-executive director, and the resignation of Mr
Seng Kwoon Lai as of 20 January 2012. Mr Seng Kwoon Lai is stepping down to pursue other business
interests.
Mr Khan graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of London in 1989. He was called to the Bar of
England and Wales in 1990 and to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1992. Mr Khan was an
active commercial advocate for over 12 years before moving into corporate finance, restructuring and
mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Khan is currently a director of UniLegal LLC and has previously worked with a number of law firms in
Singapore. Mr Khan has broad experience of commercial law, corporate recovery and restructuring and has
been actively engaged in energy and resource based work in emerging markets. He is currently on the board
of AIM quoted companies Tricor PLC and Nova Resources Limited.
Mr Khan has held the following directorships during the past five years:

Mr Khan's wife holds 4,000,000 Ordinary shares, or 26.67% of the Company.
There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant to Paragraph 18 of Appendix 1 of the
PLUS Markets "Rules for Issuers".
